BCT are a coaching & training consultancy, working throughout the UK. We are experts at developing sustainable coaching cultures within individuals, teams, groups and organisations. We offer bespoke training for personal growth & change, and organisational change that always delivers measurable results.

Beresford has been delivering education and training for communities and business since 1999. Some of these engagements include; Bristol Schools executive governor, BME Governors Chair, Bristol City Council Equalities Manager, Board Member of St Pauls Carnival CIC, OFSTED & CQC care home training & quality assurance.

Beresford has also managed children and adult care homes since 2005 delivering high standards in preparation for OFSTED & CQC inspections.

Education and Training has grown in our business whereby we support organisations deliver what they say they will deliver. BCT believe that an organisation` desire to teach and train is a strong indicator of their future success. Investing in people’s education and training is at the core of what we do. We are passionate about supporting management, employees and governance to get the best outcomes in relation to the courses we deliver.
