| Chairs Leadership Programme ILM endorsed |
The Chairs Leadership Programme is a three day Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) endorsed programme for: chairs, vice chairs, potential chairs of the board and tenant organisations. Being ILM, you will also receive a certificate to prove you have completed the course. The course provides chairs with the opportunity to meet people doing the same roles in other organisations and share issues and best practice. It is practically based with role plays and plenty of discussions, which help chairs examine in detail what a good chair needs to do.
