Description
Social Value:The New Frontier of Value For Money
The VFM Conference - Birmingham 9th February 2012
The Copthorne Hotel
The new Regulatory Standard is out for consultation and it's now clear that it will radically change the way we all think about 'Value for Money' in housing . Because it will become regulation from next April, the New Year is an essential time for Boards and Management to discuss the issues behind the new concepts emerging from the draft regulation and also the Localism Act and Public Services Social Value Bill and ensure they understand what this means for social housing and local authorities.
For this reason we have assembled a range of industry experts on VFM, regulation in England, Social Value and Impact Assessments and the principles of LEAN to help guide you through the changes and impart knowledge of ways to save money to invest in social housing and community development.
