A new Resident Scrutiny Workshop & Advice Centre has been started on TenantBook.co.uk. The group is an advice forum for anyone who is setting up or taking part in Resident Scrutiny to get advice, share issues and learn.
Hugh Laird from the Board Development Agency set up the group. His introduction gives information on how to set up your residents scrutiny panel, what you should be thinking about and some background reading. There is also a very useful suggested agenda for the Resident's Scrutiny Panel.
Hugh Laird says:
"This is the 'bare bones' of what to do. We have skated over loads of detail and some big issues to keep this light and readable. Please use the discussion facility on TenantBook to ask any questions you may have from reading the report. We will do our best to respond positively to each request."
