- Explain how resident scrutiny panels can effectively monitor the decisions making and performance of housing organisations on an ongoing basis in own functional organisation
Developing and and leading resident scrutiny teams and how to carry out effective resident scrutiny
Develop an action plan and propose recommendations for improving resident scrutiny within their organisation
Outcomes- Explain the importance of direction and values in creating effective teams. Review own ability to be a team member and develop and lead resident scrutiny teams
