It has been reported in the news recently that National Tenant's Voice is to be scrapped. Tenant's Voice was the feedback mechanism used by the Tenant Services Authority (TSA) to gauge tenants views on issues that matter.
It remains to be seen how important National Tenants Voice is to Housing Organisations and Tenants. Tenants showed their support for it by applying in their hundreds to be part of it. But now the government has pulled the plug on the funding as part of their drive to balance the books.
TenantBook could potentially provide a useful voice for tenants where the National Tenants Voice has left a gap. TenantBook provides housing organisations with a completely free alternative to engaging and consulting with tenants.
