We offer a wide range of first class training for board members, tenants and governance officers.

Many of our training courses are accredited or endorsed by the Instititute of Leadership and Management (ILM)  and are run by high quality training professionals. These are vocationally assessed awards or we prefer to call it "Edutraining."  We find assessments help improve learning

In 2008 we had run over 400 training days, including 7 Institute of Leadership and Management Endorsed and Accredited Award programmes. Over 300 hundred board members and tenants have already achieved good governance awards.
