Graham Harper has joined the Board Development Agency (BDA) and will lead the Board Development Agency (Scotland) Ltd.
Graham comes with a wealth of experience of the social housing sector in Scotland. He formed his own development consultancy, Graham Harper Consulting earlier this year having worked before at Viewpoint and Dunedin Canmore. He is a committee member of Horizon Housing Association in West Lothian.

The BDA have pioneered tenant-led inspections in England and run the popular GO Gold course in Governance for staff who have responsibilities in that area. The BDA are also behind "TenantBook" the free social networking site for those involved in housing launched recently.
